• Log on to the official UIDAI website by clicking on the link https://resident.uidai.net.in/find-uid-eid .
• On reaching the following webpage you will be asked ' What you want to receive ' between the two options i.e., Aadhaar number (UID) or Enrollment number (EID) . Here you have to choose the EID option since we are here for lost acknowledgement slip. 
• Below that you have to fill all required details such as your full name, email ID, or mobile number in the respective columns. 
• After entering the security code (CAPTCHA) in the mentioned space, click on Get OTP.
• Enter the OTP sent to your registered mobile number in the space and click on verify OTP.
• After the verification successfully done your Enrollment ID will be sent to your registered email ID and mobile number.
• As you have received your EID, you can easily download your Aadhar by visiting official website of UIDAI.
• You need to check your Aadhaar card status before downloading to make sure that it is approved. After confirmation you can proceed to download the Aadhaar card.
• You can visit the link below to download the Aadhaar card https://eaadhaar.uidai.gov.in/
• In the following webpage please select - i have ' enrollment ID' option. Fill in all the subsequent details correctly.
• Enter security code (CAPTCHA) in the mentioned box and click on Get OTP option.
• After successful verification, UIDAI provides you an OTP on your registered mobile number.
• Now after receiving the OTP you need to enter it in the mentioned box to verify your identity.
• Ultimately click on validate and download link to download your Aadhaar card.

You will be downloaded a locked pdf file of your Adhar card. Use your postal code to unlock the document. You can also send an Email about your loss of AADHAAR card enrollment acknowledgement slip to the AADHAAR card help desk. Your issue will be registered and forwarded to the concerned department. AADHAAR card department will revert back to you on receipt of the resolution of this known issue.
